What I did

Product scope

Blazeboard coordinates content and device behavior across local players and cloud control surfaces while treating release compatibility and operational recovery as product features.

Decisions and verification

I directed product phases, display abstractions, customer and billing controls, release contracts, production evidence capture, failure handling, rollback order, and controlled onboarding gates.

AI-native implementation

AI coding agents generated the implementation. Kody owned product direction, requirements, service selection, infrastructure, investigation, acceptance, release decisions, and production outcomes.

Production evidence

The release process records local gates, live health, image digests, migrations, cross-organization authorization tests, release audits, and deployment state before declaring a controlled production go decision.
