Terms for using this site and related tools

Using the site

You may use the public site for lawful personal or business purposes, including reviewing portfolio materials, contacting me, requesting support, or accessing account features made available to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Accounts and client access

Some features require an approved account. I may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access when needed to protect the site, prevent abuse, enforce these terms, comply with legal obligations, or manage client relationships.

If your organization uses endpoint management features, you are responsible for having authority to enroll devices, request commands, view device data, and grant access to other users in your organization.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site or services. This includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with systems, bypassing security controls, scraping or harvesting data without permission, submitting malicious content, using the services to violate another party's rights, or using endpoint tools on systems you do not own or administer with permission.

Services, payments, and changes

Project work, managed services, support, billing, and subscription terms may be governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, invoice, or order form. If separate written terms conflict with these site terms, the separate written terms control for that engagement.

I may update, suspend, retire, or change site features and experimental tools at any time. Retired products may stop accepting signups, logins, billing actions, or API requests.

Content and intellectual property

The site content, code samples, designs, writing, images, project descriptions, and software interfaces are owned by me or used with permission unless stated otherwise. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not copy, resell, or repackage substantial parts of the site or services without permission.

You retain rights to content you provide. You grant me the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, and support that content as part of operating the site and services.

Reliability and disclaimers

I work to keep the site and tools reliable, but they are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except where a separate written agreement says otherwise. I do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or that every issue can be detected, prevented, or resolved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or unauthorized access caused by factors outside my reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
