Approach and execution
The source systems contained inconsistent product identities, variant structures, prices, costs, supplier records, contacts, and inventory. Manual spreadsheet repair would have been slow, difficult to review, and hard to prove correct.
I directed a strict local-first workflow that preserves original files, tracks row lineage, blocks unsafe final exports, separates deterministic normalization from human judgment, and requires production verification rather than trusting successful imports alone.
AI coding agents generated the implementation. Kody owned product direction, requirements, service selection, infrastructure, investigation, acceptance, release decisions, and production outcomes.
The final production-verification artifact passed with no recorded failures across the verified product, variant, supplier, contact, stock, point-of-sale, and tax checks. Counts are intentionally rounded for public use.
