Approach and execution
The official source portal publishes public records. PURSUE turns those releases into a durable working library with source snapshots, content-addressed evidence, change tracking, text extraction, OCR, entity indexing, local vector search, notes, and portable dossier exports.
I directed the local-first boundary, source-sync and evidence-preservation model, platform-specific acceleration lanes, manual-update guidance, checksum publication, data-persistence guarantees, and the independent-project disclaimer.
GitHub remains the authoritative release history. Digest-verified installers are mirrored to a private Cloudflare R2 bucket, stable links advance only after verification, retention keeps at most two immutable versions, and a service-bound project Worker powers the dedicated download dossier without receiving signing or upload credentials.
AI coding agents generated the implementation. Kody owned product direction, requirements, service selection, infrastructure, investigation, acceptance, release decisions, and production outcomes.
