Approach and execution

What I did

Business problem

A working studio needed one coherent system for public discovery, booking, memberships and packages, instructor scheduling, payments, notifications, and day-to-day administration.

Product decisions I owned

I translate studio operations and customer incidents into product rules, approve the architecture and service choices proposed by coding agents, decide release scope, and reconcile booking eligibility, credits, instructor compensation, and operational workflows against live evidence.

AI-native implementation

AI coding agents generated the implementation. Kody owned product direction, requirements, service selection, infrastructure, investigation, acceptance, release decisions, and production outcomes.

Production responsibility

I inspect dashboards and logs, reproduce failures, direct repair work, verify beta and production behavior, manage deployments and environment configuration, and remain responsible when a customer-facing workflow does not work.
