Role

Set up, certified, and managed the official Samsung and BSH Authorized Service Center, earning ASC credentials, training technicians, coordinating repair orders and parts logistics, and maintaining first-visit success and customer satisfaction metrics while ensuring strict policy compliance.

Key Actions

Built the service center infrastructure, including Samsung's ASC portal configuration, technician onboarding plans, and a ticketing workflow that met turnaround SLAs.

Completed Samsung and BSH certification programs, implemented ongoing training, and enforced the confidential policy and procedure guidelines covering safety, courtesy, and documentation standards.

Coordinated dispatch, parts sourcing, warranty claims, and reporting while passing Samsung quality audits and maintaining traceable records for compliance reviews.
